And would the Sheehan campaign bother to sue them? Their time and funds could be used in better ways.
It is hard to figure out what's really going on here. I'm inclined to think that there probably is more paranoia than necessary, but paranoia during a political campaign is pretty normal. There are no do-overs, except in amazingly unusual circumstances. The losers usually really have no say and no power after the election.
